Frequently asked questions
Returns & Delivery Policy
1. Quality Assurance & Preparation We take great pride and care in the preparation and processing of our products. Prior to distribution, every unit undergoes a full inspection, testing, and photographic documentation to ensure it leaves us in perfect condition.
2. Delivery & Initial Inspection Due to the nature of our products, we take extensive measures to prevent transit damage. For your protection, we strongly advise that all deliveries be inspected for signs of external packaging damage before acceptance.
• Visible Damage: If there are clear signs of damage to the outer packaging, we instruct you to refuse the delivery and notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue with the courier.
• Liability: While we ensure the product leaves us in peak condition, we will assist you with any claims against the delivery company provided this inspection procedure is followed.
3. Returns of Non-Faulty Products If you no longer require a non-faulty product, a return may be pre-authorised within 14 days of delivery.
• Charges: Such returns are subject to a restocking fee (quoted at the point of authorisation) and the deduction of original shipping costs from your refund.
• Condition: Items must be returned in suitable packaging to ensure they remain in a resaleable condition. If an item is damaged during its return journey, the cost of repair or loss in value will be deducted from the final refund.
• Logistics: You may arrange the return at your own expense, or we can arrange a collection for a fee which will be deducted from your refund.
4. Cancellations
• Cancellations: Orders cancelled prior to the dispatch/delivery process will receive a full refund.
